Does it actually sound human in Arabic?
Yes — and that's the whole point. Menvo speaks colloquial Egyptian, Saudi, Emirati or Levantine Arabic (you pick), and writes the way your customers actually message you — including emojis, abbreviations, and tone. We tune it on your real chat history.
What if it gets something wrong?
For anything sensitive — refunds, complaints, custom orders, medical questions — the agent escalates to a human, with the full context. You set what "sensitive" means per topic. And when it's unsure, it asks the customer to wait rather than guess.
Will my customers know they're talking to AI?
